my book review with ACB with Honara Lee

This book, The ACB with Honara Lee By kate De Goldi is about trying to show impethy for older genrations and good realtionships and how life works.

Perry is caring and she is about 12 years old. she tries to help Gran by making an ACB book to help gran learn again. She looks like a pretty fun daydreamer.


Gran is a funny and crazy person she has Alzemiers.That's a serious illness that mucks her brain.She is a bit mean.She has grey hair and a fine face.

 The bumble bees represent how bad gran is getting. For example it's really bad so the bumble bees crumble up and gran gets really sick. I't got really bad and gran died.

Dad is really kind and nice  but he does'nt really care what perry does and he thinks perry can't help gran at all with her illness he has black hair and a angry face.

mum is kind and sweet but she also does'nt care what perry does at all.She does'nt want gran to come on hoiday with them.She has blonde hair and a nice face.

Description    ACB with honora lee is a story book about a girl named perry that finds out that her gran has alzheimers that muck up her brain.Perry tries very hard to help Gran and make it hard to help Gran learn again.

Disliked and liked I absolutely loved that story and I liked it because it has realtionships and reality to it.I disliked when we had emotional parts like when doris and gran died.It nearly made me cry.

The author is trying to say show empathy to older generations and life does'nt go backwards it goes forward.

I recommend this book and I rate it 5 out of 5.I think this book should be for 9 and over because it has lessons and strong messages.
